- 1kg of fresh prawns, peeled with the tails left on and deveined
- 3tbls Honey Australia’s Chilli Honey
- 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 3tbls of olive oil
Mix together the chilli honey, garlic and olive oil, until well combined.
Pour mixture over prawns and let them marinade for about 30minuted in the refrigerator.
Heat wok or BBQ on high and stir fry the prawns until cooked and caramelized.
Serve with a light squeeze of fresh lime juice (optional) and enjoy!
