Not only are these popsicles are delicious treat on a hot summers day – research has shown that these ingredients are full of vitamins, minerals, fiber and electrolytes, prevents illness, keeps you hydrated and in good shape.
- 3 cans of coconut milk
- 1 cup of Honey Australia’s Ginger Honey
- In a saucepan stir in coconut milk and Ginger Honey. Bring to a boil over a medium high heat, stirring occasionally until the honey is dissolved.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool to room temperature then divide the milk into popsicle moulds and insert paddle pop sticks and freeze until firm.
