    Ingredients: 1kg of fresh prawns, peeled with the tails left on and deveined 3tbls Honey Australia’s Chilli Honey 4 cloves of garlic, crushed 3tbls of olive oil Method: Mix together the chilli honey, garlic and olive oil, until well combined.Pour mixture over prawns and let them marinade for about 30minuted in the refrigerator. Heat wok or BBQ on high and stir fry the prawns until cooked and caramelised.Serve with a light squeeze of fresh lime juice (optional) and enjoy!

1/4 cup brown sugar 
75g butter, melted 
1/2 cup (125ml) milk 
1 teaspoon vanilla essence 
2 eggs 1 cup mashed banana (about 2 bananas) Method: Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease 12 x 1/3 cup (80ml) muffin pans with melted butter or line with paper cases. Sift flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt into a large bowl. Stir in sugar.
